In this episode of The Dreamer’s Lounge Podcast, I’m stoked to have special guest, Rachael Fisher joining me!  She is an energetic leadership coach who is an expert at helping entrepreneurs elevate their impacting income through subconscious healing, embodiment, energetic mastery, and emotional and mental alchemy. I can tell you that she really does embody everything she teaches in such a graceful way. We get DEEP in this conversation, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Rachael’s business journey.

Rachael has always been one to go against the grain and unafraid to pivot. She started out in the fitness industry, and then she discovered holistic health coaching. She really loved coaching and felt she was great at it. 

Through her coaching, she discovered she was extremely passionate about the subconscious mind and manifestation. She found that she was lit up about helping people raise the vibrational energy of the planet by helping them elevate their business offers. 

Now she feels aligned AF helping entrepreneurs have super successful launches and master the energetic levels of their businesses. 

Rachael’s story shows that you don’t have to get to a “certain level” to help certain people. She feels perfectly comfortable helping entrepreneurs at lots of different “milestones” in their businesses. 

Hierarchies are bullshit. You don’t have to be a 7-figure business owner to help another 7-figure business owner. If you have something they want, you can help them!

What it means to be embodied.

Rachael is big on helping clients embody every aspect of what they teach others. To her, embodiment means to feel, breathe, and be something. It means whatever you embody is in your body and your soul. 

The basis of embodiment is integrity. It’s being true to what you’re telling other people. It’s living out what you teach in a way that’s inspiring. 

Rachael says to have a successful launch, whatever you launch needs to launch within you. When Rachael is working with clients and they tell her something in their launch feels “off,” she begins by asking them if what they are launching is energizing to them. Then she invites them to ask themselves if they are really living out what they are teaching. 

People can feel your energy. 

They can feel whether or not you are living out what you say. While none of us are perfect, we have to be committed to integrity. If you’re finding you’re not embodying what you’re teaching, it’s not a reason to beat yourself up. It’s an opportunity to come back into alignment. 

 

Rachael’s real-life example of pivoting to make her launch successful.

Rachael recently had a launch that didn’t go as planned. But instead of giving up on it, she changed direction to better serve her clients.

Rachael had the idea of facilitating a mastermind for a long time. She was nervous about it, but she also knew that it was something she wanted to do. When she launched it initially, she noticed something really interesting happening. 

She was having conversations with plenty of people who were interested, but there was something blocking them from taking that step of signing on with her. 

Rachael didn’t drop the idea or lower the price just to try to get people in. Instead, she listened deeply to the conversations she was having with potential clients. She realized that they did want to work with her; they just were at a point where they needed something different than what she was currently offering. 

So, Rachael cut the program from six to four months to better fit the needs of her clients. She changed the price to match the new four-month plan. And after she did that, she got the clients she wanted.

Rachael reminds us that pivoting isn’t a bad thing. It’s what you NEED to do a lot of the time. Entrepreneurship is all about adaptation and growing. You need to get comfortable pivoting to have success in your launches and your entire business.

Mastering your business from an energetics perspective.

Rachael says that what energetics comes down to is healing, feeling, allowing, and evolving. She does a lot of work with clients around healing the subconscious mind. She focuses on this because she says that you will only receive what you feel safe to receive. 

The clients you want, the money you want, the relationships you want-- they are all out there on an energetic level waiting for you. But you have to feel safe to receive them. And it’s the same for your clients in working with you. They have to feel safe that you will hold their energy.

So as an entrepreneur, you have to take responsibility for your own healing. When you start getting lost in thoughts of fear and scarcity, you check in with yourself and come back to yourself. You will best serve your clients when you are in an aligned, embodied energy.

Remember that at the end of the day, your offer is not about you. It’s about the people you serve. When you come across a challenge in your business, don’t think about yourself. Think about what’s most helpful to your clients. Instead of holding onto what you want, focus on what they need.
